In the course of our daily real estate grind, we sometimes come across unique people.
This week is such a person. Cherrill Rae sent me over a contract on one of my listings. Signed, sealed and delivered back to her. Thank God. She afterwards told me she is a professional jazz singer as well as a realtor in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Fran ~ She is a wonderful person I just met. She is from Toronto, Canada. She relocated to Fort Lauderdale so she can do the cruises and sing in the islands.
realtors are people too. they can do things besides talk about just real estate. I am impressed
