- The average list price was $101,664
- The highest list price was $274,900 & the lowest was $15,750
- The average sale price of those 55 transactions was $97,452
- The average total days on the market was 175
Of those 55 closed transactions, 21 were bank owned and 1 was canal front with lake views

This current buyers market makes it a great time to purchase a home or condo in St. Clair Shores. As of October 2nd, there are currently 652 single family homes for sale ranging in price from as low as $27,000 investor specials to waterfront homes up to 1.45 million.
