just a bit of humor.... check out what my client sent me as an email when I asked how their first weekend was in their new (old) house.... you just can't make this stuf up!

Amy and I are doing fine. The weekend was back breaking. We were sweeping and cleaning all day. We found a big surprise in the crawl space on the second floor behind the closets. It was a huge nest for some sort of wild life, as well as a ton of old household things. I rolled it up in the carpet there, and put it in the garage for Lou (the handyman) to take. He got the car out of there on Sunday, and said he would be back to pick up the garbage in the garage soon.
We are so excited, and aren't sure where to begin. The movers are moving us on Saturday, so we will be living there after that.
I am still in shock that we own it. It is going to be a beautiful home for us. (I don't think we are flipping it anytime soon. )
