I'm looking for some input. Which will give a better education? The Cumbie School of Real Estate or Cumbie and Trull? Any input is appreciated.
Hi David,
I took the 60-hr broker class at Cumbie and Trull and am glad I did, Bill Trul taught the class and he was a real estate attorney for a long time. I learned an incredible amount. Many in my class had just finished the sales person class with Roger Cumbie. They way they talked about that class was extraordinary. They actually made me feel bad that I didn't have the opportunity to take that class with Roger. This is not a comment on Cumbie. But Roger Cumbie is at Cumbie and Trull.

Hi David,
I just joined this particular group so pardon my late response. I agree with Kerry. My husband and I both took our classes at Cumbie & Trull. I took my salesperson and my Broker class with Bill Trull. He's a fantastic teacher. Roger is a hoot! He has a more irreverent approach...but both are great!
I have taken classes at both places, and I can tell you you will enjoy Bill Trull's class. He is very concise and to the point. I took my prelicensing with Roger Cumbie, and he is funny, but funny doesn't necessarily help you pass the NC state exam... I have taken both CE and postlicensing at Cumbie Institute, and they used to have a lady instructor who was very good, but I don't see her on the website... I would avoid Alan Madura's class-he sits in his chair the whole time and rambles on and on-very difficult for a visual learner (like me) to deal with.
