I am sure I am not alone out there! I have a listing that has had only 1 showing in over 2 months! We have done price reduction after price reduction, and still nothing. Does anyone have any ideas to stimulate activity and get this thing sold??? I have mentioned selling broker bonues and buyer credits to the sellers. Anything else???

Are you marketing the property in the right places? One of the things that I always did as a Realtor was determine the neighborhood demographics and then go market the house where people of those demographics hung out. For example, I would never market a house in a college neighborhood to an elderly couple. Know those neighborhood demographics and then go to where they are.
