We Just Moved!

Running out of ideas on how to continue to prospect?  Here is a relatively inexpensive way to stay in front of prospects.....Prior to closing on a buyer, take a photo of their new house.  Have 50 small postcards made from your IT department or try www.gotprint.com.  On the front of the postcard you will have a photo fo their new house and at the top type "We Just Moved!"  On the back, type your buyers name and their new address.  Under that, type "And I helped!"  Then put all of your contact information.  Give this to your buyers at closing as a gift.  This will serve two purposes.  It will serve as a change of address announcement for your buyers.  And it will have all of your contact information on it so that their recipients will know you were their realtor!  It is an easy and non-threatening way to get referrals!
