The Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) the Trade Association for Professional Home Stagers has announced that November is Home Staging Awareness Month.

RESA along with IRIS and ASHSR is proud to announce that we are National Co-Sponsors of Home Staging Awareness Month.

During Home Staging Awareness Month the popular "Stage it Forward" (SIF) Round Table Meetings will be taking place all over North America.

The meetings will focus on the Staging Industry, creating standards, ethics and the wants and needs of the Professional Stager. You ALL can have a voice in creating standards and choosing the direction you want your industry to take.

Keeping with the tradition of SIF and RESA ALL Stagers are welcome to attend. You do not have to be a member of RESA to attend the meeting nor do you have to hold any particular designation.

SIF Facilitator: RESA Regional Vice President DesAnn Collins, ODSDP, CSREA, RESA-RVP

Please RSVP no later than November 10th to https://resa.clubexpress.com/content.aspx?page_id=87&club_id=304550&item_id=66412

I hope to see many of you there.

Together we can elevate the Staging industry!

DesAnn Collins, Design By DesAnn® Regional Vice President for RESA

I did not know this.  I'm gonna have to take my stager to lunch.

Stagers are worth their weight in gold, like a good home inspector.

DesAnn, I think the event may be a bit far for me to come, but I'll send my support. As a former homebuilder (almost 40 years in the business) I can state without exception that staging sells! In a market such as we have now, it's not just a good idea: it's critical to the sale of a home.

Good idea! I have helped my Realtors earn over $830,000.00 in commissions just this year alone! Many, many of my homes have sold in less than ONE WEEK some even with multiple offers...unheard of right now here in northern Ohio.
