Hi Michelle! Every wall and all the flooring in this home is GOLD-and all the granite is white and black so it was a challenge. The home needed color!! That vase is from Home Goods my favorite store for staging items!

HI Maureen! The family room is huge and it echoed-now it is nice and cozy. I am going to place a tree in the corner today. I had to catch a flight to Los Angeles Thursday and just returned home last night.

HI Wendy!! I would love to have you come in Danville-not to work-to play!!! It is a very fun place!!! I went to meet you too!! You are just as special as your posts!!!!! Yes, this is the home I staged the morning I left.

HI Kathy! The draperies were in the home and the Realtor did not like them, especially the family room and living room. I asked him to please wait until the staging is completed, but would accomodate him if he still was not happy. He is very pleased with them now!

HI Donna! I love mixing styles and although I used mostly contemporary furnishings in this home, I felt this dining room needed a traditional set.

I hate when houses have the cut outs for armoires, that space is so hard to fill if you don't have a cabinet. Most people have gotton away from big screens, and armoires, for flat screens.
