I hear it everyday. "Is it a bad time to buy?" Personally I think it is a Great Time to buy if you can afford to. In my market prices are low, first time I have seen prices go down. I am starting to see indications of certain areas starting a rebound. If you are a Move-up buyer, Investor, or First time buyer, I don't know if there will EVER be a better time.

I agree, I see banks and sellers holing steady with their prices. I've also seen in my area homes going for above asking price. I'm very hopeful of a new beginning.
