It's snowing in NWA!

This morning is the first snow of the winter season.  I love snow!  It jumps around in the wind, falling silently to the ground.  They are all different you know, snowflakes, that is.  Sort of like clients, each one is unique.

Being a fairly new agent I am learning so much about real estate and the people that we bring together.  I think that bringing a buyer and seller together with a successful closing at the end is sort of like giving birth to a baby.  I have been pregnant 8 times and successfully given birth to 4 great children. Actually, I had 4 children in 5 ½ years.  Yes, I had 4 teenagers at one time, which may have been more challenging that the actually births!

Each one had its own challenges during that 9 month waiting period.  With the first 3, which were girls, there was hardly a day that I wasn't sick as a dog.  With my son, I wasn't sick at all, just extremely tired.  But with 3 children under the age of 5 who wouldn't have been worn out.

Some of our clients will be quite challenging requiring more of our attention and that still might not be enough.  While others will be a joy to work with all the way through to a successful closing.  You mourn the loss of some, having tried your hardest to do everything right and rejoice with the successful birth of the others as they become a part of your life forever.

Oh my, the snow flakes are getting much larger now and they are floating down!  "Pretty....pretty", as one of my granddaughters used to say when she was 2!

I love living in Northwest Arkansas and working with people from Bella Vista, Bentonville, Rogers, Lowell, Springdale, Tontitown, Fayetteville, Farmington, Prairie Grove, Lincoln and all of Washington and Benton counties.

Yep, never met a snowflake I didn't like!

June, I love watching the snow but I don't like being out in it.  I was a little surprised when I woke up to snowflakes this morning. I just got back in town late last night and didn't even know we had a chance for snow. Of course my teen son is already hoping for a snow day...don't think that's going to happen this time.
