One of the most powerful listing tools I use in my presentation is the technology of our Lead Router program. Designed to take the consumer directly to the listing agent for a specific property is simply the best communication program for capturing internet business. I can instantly call back a consumer within minutes of their on line selection to request a showing for a specific property. Setting my phone up with a special ringtone allows me to know when Lead Router calls. It is an incredible listing tool and it produces many good leads. Anyone else using Lead Router?
