Yeah I'm one of those people "Jack of all trades, Master of NONE". That says it right there. I am a real estate agent. But because we are getting our basement remodeled and one of the projects is a concrete floor....dah dah dah.. I am now a mason. So, after 2 weeks, 10 bags of cement, 4 buckets of broken up concrete that I had layed that I had to break up because it wasn't layed right, and the wife nagging. The next day I called a mason who actually does this for a living, and it was done in 24hrs and only cost me 300.00. But, I still have the wife nagging......no cure for that.
I hope that story put a smile on your face. But seriously, why would someone take on a job that they are not qualified for. Because eventually they are going to have to make that call.
