Get your listings under control with easy to understand, step by step instruction on how to:
- Create & edit a listing record
- Create & implement a listing action plan that will guide you through each step of your own unique listing process
- Create & maintain a Customer Web Page (Allows sellers to see how hard you're working to get their listing sold by allowing them to view a list of activities you've performed for them - including all showings and feedback!)
- Set up a closing record and add contract parties
- Create & implement a closing action plan to track each step of the under contract process.
- And finally close the file & update your contact's property record.
- We will also touch on calendar view features as they apply to action plans
