wow....I know times are tough...but this one blew me away today! I just saw a home on our MLS today...a new listing...the seller is offering the selling agent a whopping $1.00 commission!! Wow...any guess on the odds of getting this one sold?
The strange part was that the home is not even in our state? It is in Washington state...that's about a thousand miles away....I understand this is how the online discount Brokers get homes onto Realtor.com now...they list it in a state that is different from where the home is located and then it shows up on Realtor dot com...interesting....
My guess is this home will be sitting for awhile...your guess?
Here's the MLS number (08-6754) if you have someone that is moving to Washington...If you sell it you can add about 3 bucks to the commission and head to Starbucks for a small coffee!!
