Positive Work Place

Do you often walk around your office and find that no one is smiling. You see your staff answering the phones while multi-tasking on the computer, reading paperwork or they just appear to be lost in space somewhere. Does your office have an atmosphere, that if a client were to walk into they would feel uncomfortable, if so, you need to ask yourself the following questions:

1. As the CEO, do you have a positive attitude?

1. Do you say "It's My Pleasure"?

1. Does your team focus on maintaining positive attitudes?

 If you answered "NO" to one or more of these questions, that is most likely the reason your office has a negative atmosphere.  By expecting your team to always be positive without the proper support and training is unrealistic. As the CEO of your company, the attitude of a positive environment starts with you.

I will start my day with a positive attitude. Regardless of the situation I will focus on the positive, focus on the solution. The phrase "It's My Pleasure" will become dialogue used by every member of my team. I will create a positive environment for myself, my team and my clients. It is up to me to set the example.
