Seven Meadows sales for January were solid. Six homes are currently under contract. Three homes sold. The six homes under contract range in value from $199,900 to $679,900. The homes that sold were priced at $210,000 (5306 Barleycorn), $385,000 (23902 Enchanted Crossing), and $640,000 (23914 Legendary Lane).
