Sadly I'll have to listen on the computer.  Once my free 1 year sirius subscription ran out I just can't wrap my brain around paying for it monthly.

Appreciate the heads up about the new NAR show, hopefully it's well done!

UPDATE: with Sirius and XM in bankruptcy talks, we're guessing this show will soon find a permanent home on regular radio.

It's got it's perks, will be interesting what kind of topics will spring up. It may very well just be a springboard to get realtors to sign up with new programs.

Castellum:  You've always been bright, right on and brought some really good info to AR but this time ... arghh.  As usual NAR is out of touch with both John Q Public and it's membership.  Do we really need a radio station program?  They can't come up with anything ever better to say besides 'Now is a great time to buy'.  An hour of that nonsense is going to send on the fence buyers into suicide.  I really don't think that is the best use of our membership dollars.  As usual, did we have any say in the matter?

They started up a new blog also BTW.

Hi Lyn,

you may not have seen our quote above:

"It may very well just be a springboard to get realtors to sign up with new programs."

There's no doubt they are only thinking of #1. But letting others know about it is education in the least. Yes we saw the blog. They can definitely do better things with our money, and hopefully they will get the message this time.

I also wondered what might happen with the financial distress they are going through. I'll check it out on line.

I'll have to listen in since I still subscribe to Sirius.  I got an account when it first came out and luckily get to keep the same rate.  With its ups and downs, I still like having satellite radio on long trips or while driving around prospecting so I can listen to music or the news channels like CNBC/NPR.
