Being a Real Estate Professional, I happen to see a lot more negative stuff than your typical Person. One thing I an seeing a lot of, is people in financial trouble not exercising their rights. Open the mail, and call the bank when they send a letter. Don't ignore the issues, because the bank will swiftly come in and foreclose on your property. I often see, the more contact with the bank, the longer the process takes.

I may be able to help you with a loan modification, and you won't have to move at all. Or, we put your property on the market (List it on the MLS) and get everything we can out of it. Do not put yourself through foreclosure, it doesn't have to end that way. Last option is we sell it as a short sale property, the 3rd party bank negotiation group I use will get you a full lien release, you walk away free and clear if all parties agree to terms.
