Sandy -- Yes we are seeing lease options come back in full swing. Financing is still tight for some individulas.

Virginia -- I use windows move maker and then just upload them.

Cheryl -- Yes I work with several. The most important thing for us making sure that the tenant is capable of working on their credit as they lease the property. That way they can purchase the property once the lease has ended.
