I'm now hiring a BUYERS AGENT for an immediate position with our team. Ryan (our lead listing agent) and I are looking for an energetic licensed IL Realtor who is looking to pick up a diverse pool of buyers from our marketing and huge listing inventory.
We currently have listings in all price brackets in both the City of Chicago and near suburbs. We are looking for an agent who is willing to do 3-4 or more GREAT open houses a week, well promoted, and pick up the buyers from said opens. We have short sales, foreclosures, and traditional listings for you to choose from on a rotating basis.
We are offering a 70/30 split, a great work atmosphere, incredible technology, and a flexible schedule/work from home capability. As a former Team Leader and Trainer for another franchise, I also provide intense mentoring and support 24/7.
