It's that time of year again, and if you are like me, you just recently received your new Assessment in the mail this week. You have until June 8, 2007 to dispute your values - so again if you are like me... you will be doing your research and meeting with the County later in the month.
I have already received several requests from homeowners wanting assistance with determining the Market Value of their homes, and I'll be happy to help you as well.
The most important thing you can do when facing the Review Board is to show that you have done your research. They see a great number of people that are "just complaining" with little fact to back them up - DON'T be that person! Remember, if you go to the Appraisal Review Board and you don't like their answer, you can file a binding arbitration at the state's website.
