"CURB APPEAL"

By
Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Allegiance

When you are preparing your home for market don't forget about the "Curb Appeal".  This is just as important as the inside of the house.  It is a big "turnoff" if someone pulls up to view your home and the yard needs cutting and the flower beds are full of weeds.

Another major turn off is if the exterior is need of painting.  So my suggestion is to walk outside and stand across the street a take a look at your home.  Look at your neighbors and see if there are any improvements you may need to do to make your home inviting.

Don't forget about the back yard too!  Pick up toys, debris, remove dead bushes and flowers.  Plant grass where needed, edge and trim shrubs as needed. Plant some new flowers, paint the front door to make the entryway look fresh and inviting.  Remember first impressions always counts.   So spend a little time and clean up and make those potential buyers want to come inside and see the rest of your home.

If you are in the market to sell or buy please give me a call! In the meantime please visit my webiste: www.rosiekoehler.com
