Time for my weekly update!

So, what has been going on this week in Duvall?

Well, on the commercial side the main news is that one of the commercial spaces (a large one) in Copper Hill Square is now for sale.  There were some smaller spaces for sale and I contacted the owner (a real estate agent) about helping relist them, but no response. Go figure... try and help people out, but Nope!

I'm still trying to get owners to let me help them lease out their commercial spaces, but its a tough sale.  If you do know someone interested in leasing space in Duvall, let me know. There are some good spaces and good prices available.

Vacant land seems to be a wash this week... one expired listing and one new listing.  Nothing inspiring unfortunately.

On the residential side, still no closings.... still waiting on our CHV to close, should be this coming week.  A couple of places did go under contract, and a bunch came on the market (8 to be exact)... in a variety of prices.  The lowest price is $250K, amazingly low around here, up to the mid $600Ks.

Those low priced ones should go quickly with some good first time home buyers. I think Duvall is still a good investment for buying a home, when the price is right... and that kind of price sure seems right.  Would be good for investor's also.  Could possibly cash flow, which hasn't happened for a while around here.

Well, that's it for today. I'll do some research ‘specially on commercial around Carnation, Monroe, etc. and post some notes on those. I've been getting a bunch of questions lately.
