Everyone will eventually go through the painful process of determining which "Contact Management" or "CRM - Customer Realtionship Management" solution is right for them. This group is for everyone to state why they like theirs, or ask who likes what - and why? My opinion - "There is no 'best' one'. There is only the one that is best for you.. and that best one, is the one you use."
