We have over 30 years of diverse experience in real estate in the highly rated Raleigh-Durham-Research Triangle area of NC. We have our own in house IT department to be able to provide the latest information available to our clients. Our basic approach is a "teaching approach" and we welcome the opportunity to share our vast knowledge. Bob Atkinson is an accounting graduate from Va.Tech and had fortune 500 corporate experience prior to entering the real estae business in 1974. He also has the experience of surviving three major recessions including 1974 and is ready for the challenges of 2009 and beyond.
