A few months ago, I would have considered myself a big Zillow fan. Our team of 2 agents routinely closed about 5-7 Zillow leads per month. For every dollar we spent, we were making $8. Last month the quality of leads decreased because we were getting a lot of fake listings in our market from scammers. That issue has gone away, but now the leads have pretty much stopped. I'm new to Active Rain and joined to see if others have observed this. I couldn't find any posts about it, so decided to start one. Just some more background information, we did not change our "voice" or percentage of our market. We were at 90%. I am a believer that if Zillow is going to work, you have to hold a large share of the zip code. It seems strange with 90% of a large zip code the leads would stop.
