Most people know Las Vegas for the heart of the Strip. The glitz and glamour of the Bellagio, City Center, and the Wynn. But did you know that just 10 minutes away South, on the Las Vegas Boulevard, is a fantasic community called the South Strip? It's where I chose to buy my home. I live in a great community known as the Manhattan condos. Funny enough, I moved from New York City into this condo community and thought it was a funny coincidence!
My community was completed in 2007 and boasts some of the nicest, most affordable condos in all of Las Vegas. Current prices for a 2 bedroom average about $120K. All units have at least 10' ceilings, granite countertops and open floorplans. Each unit comes with at least 1 underground parking space and access to the community's 24 hour gym, tennis court, basketball court and dog run. What really drew me to buy here though was the amount of green grass! Having lived in much more lush climates, the brown desert landscaping gets old with me fast.
Outside of my community, we are surrounded by wonderful single family homes that are all within a 5 minute drive to the grocery store, restaurants, and local casinos. I don't bother going to the Strip when I want to meet my friends. We have Town Square as our locals' hangout which has over a dozen restaurants and bars to choose from. Many people purchase investment properties here because of the close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip where many people work. Also, the 15 freeway to Los Angeles forms the western border of our MLS area. A quick 4.5 hour drive and you're in Santa Monica, CA. :)
The South Strip borders a new section of Henderson which includes the exclusive Seven Hills area. We specialize in single family homes here too.

| Buying a home is stressful and after having dealt with some agents in town (some didn't even call us back after seeing homes for an entire day), we really needed someone who was as invested in the process as we were. Allison helped us look for the right home for a year and a half! The market was strange then, many cash offers pushed us out. But Allison remained patient and extremely efficient. She'd send me a list, I'd fire back the ones I was interested in and before we even began, she made sure there were no pending offers and that we were in the clear. | After reading all the good reviews on Yelp about Allison Jung, we were still skeptical if she could help us find a home near Touro University in Henderson in a short time period for our son. She did it and we were able to close escrow within 2 weeks since the day we first met her. She kept us informed along the process, she had gone beyond and above a typical real estate agent's duty to get things done for us.
