Home buyers: When you hire a REALTOR to help you buy a home, you need someone with experience and has knowledge of how to match your needs and wants with what is available. Also you need an agent that will understand the financing that would be available to you and will be able to feed you homes as soon as they become available. The agent should also provide you with as much education about the home buying process so that you trust and welcome their opinions.
