About Donna Let me introduce myself. My name is Donna Matula and I am a full-time, real estate professional! I have listed and sold properties in this area for over 28 years and have a great knowledge of Southbury, Woodbury, Middlebury, Oxford, Watertown and the surrounding towns, as I have spent my entire life here. I work well with sellers, since I give them the personal attention they deserve. After being in real estate this long, I have the ability to "see" a property through the eyes of a buyer and will be able to tell you if anything should be done to enhance your property and make it even more desirable.
