I have lived in Florida since 1963, Growing up in Cape Coral Florida,  I Have traveled a lot, but always came back to Ft Myers, I have worked for Remax for five years, I fly with the Collings foundation, flying the B-17  the 909. I've Also been affiliated with the S.S. American Victory in Tampa Florida, a WWII Victory ship, I work in the boiler room as fireman #2, I have been with the ship since Sept 20 1999, I start the ship, and put her to sleep when we are done cruising, we go out twice a year although maintenance goes on continually, As Real Estate goes, I got in at a good time,  Then this slow time's appeared, but since the start of the year, the Real Estate market has picked  up dramatically, We had a couple of sales immediately, have closings coming and more in the works, and are trying to be optimistic about the future, Like the man said, We have nothing to fear, but fear itself! And by the way, the engines on this boat are the new Yamaha 350 horsepower V8, My son rigged this boat at Marina Mikes in South Fort Myers Fla,
