I am a Real Estate Professional in business since 1994. I am a lifelong resident of York County. I have sold property all over York County and I am familiar with most areas of the county. I have always taken a "common sense" approach to selling Real Estate. I believe as professionals Real Estate agents sometimes have a tendency to overcomplicate transactions. Let's face it selling Real Estate can be challenging at times and some transactions are more detailed than others. Every client has their own special needs which we need to help them satisfy. My job as a REALTOR is to bring Buyers and Sellers together in acceptable terms to help both parties realize their goals and dreams. It does not always need to be as complicated as we make it sometimes. Both parties in a transaction want to end up in the same place...the settlement table. We should be able to get them there with a common sense approach.
