I am a NACHI Certified Home Inspector,and licensed by the State of Indiana under license number HI00700105. The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) is the largest organization of home inspectors in the United States. NACHI's motto is "Inspected once, inspected right". This motto exemplifies my business philosophy.
I have a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Technology/Construction Management. I have been involved in Construction Quality Assurance and Quality Control for over 27 years. I have worked with numerous owners in assuring that their project was built to their requirements. I have written specifications for projects of all shapes and sizes. I understand how important knowing the current condition of any project or home is. I will produce a comprehensive report on the current condition of the home and I will be available to answer any questions you may have.
I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) I have passed NACHI's Inspector Examination I adhere to and abide by the NACHI's Code of Ethics Obstacle Course. I meet or exceed the NACHI's Standards of Practice. I have taken NACHI's Structural Course I have taken NACHI Roofing Course I have taken NACHI's Polybutylene Plumbing Course I have taken NACHI's Water Heater Course I have taken NACHI's Emergency Exit Course I fulfill 24 hours of continuing education every year I am available Evenings, Saturdays. and Sundays I generate easy-to-read inspection reportsAt the House Doctor Home Inspector we have plans to help both the Seller of a property and the Buyer of the property.
For the Seller we offer Pre-inspection services called Move-In Certified that can be combined with an Accredited Professional Staging service to help get your home sold faster.
For the Buyer we offer Pre-purchase Home Inspection Services that provides a full property check-up so you know the health of the home before you buy.
We also offer Home Maintenance reviews to help determine the best way to maintain your home. We can also help with new construction reviews and remodeling check-ups.
