They seem to like dealing with a British principal, albeit that I also now have Croatian nationality having married a Croatian property lawyer. There seems to be a feeling that there is less likely to be a misunderstanding, particularly with industry specific terminology. I originally trained as a Chartered Auctioneer & Estate Agent 40 years ago, in the UK, although they have since been subsumed into the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors. That alone makes us stand out, as virtually no other agent here has had any professional training whatsoever.

We have a huge selection of property, all directly from the owners. Success breeds success and vendors offer us more property than we have time to post on our website. We also check title to any property that we offer as well as checking that any new buildings conform to their planning permission before we offer it. Our land registry is online and there is no excuse for agents offering property that has title problems.
