My father and I work as a team, 2 agents working full time for our clients. I'm a technology nut, and enjoy using and experimenting with new ways of marketing with technology. I employ facebook marketing, geotagging of photos, and love using email, and video conferencing to communicate. I find that this makes me more accessible to my clients, and in a business, where clients number one complaint is not hearing from their agent, this is a huge benefit to the client. I have been a licensed agent and Realtor since 2001, I have the GRI and e-Pro designations, and I'm currently attending college to complete my Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance & Economics.
My experience prior to real estate was in Retail Management, which allowed to me to meet and assist many people with thier communication needs.
We are experienced in all areas of the local real estate market. Residential, first time buyers, and sellers, multi-family, farm, lots and land, development and light commercial.
I enjoy working with all of my clients. New clients to me are a learning experience and I always enjoy meeting and forming friendships with new people.
I'm a very tech savvy agent, making the most of current technology to market my listings and buyers, and keep in constant contact with my clients.
