Who is Ken Presley and why should you look to me when you're in need of a real estate professional? Fair question.

I am a Memphis native and seasoned 12 year veteran of the Memphis area's residential real estate industry and have served hundreds of families throughout the Memphis metro area with their home buying and selling needs.

Moving is rated as one of the top stresses a person can experience in life. Having moved my family across the country numerous times while serving 20 years in the military, I would like to think I have a little insight into the stresses my clients are living through. Serving them and their families as a source of strength, stability and someone they can turn to for straight up honest advice, is what drives my passion for this profession. I like to think and have been told on many occasions that I was successful in that endeavor and for me, this is better than any adrenalin rush.

Yeah, I hate sales.

I see my role as being the trusted source clients look to for advice, whether or not it is something they want to hear, for advice that goes beyond the motivation to make that sale.

Real estate professionals should never be sales agents. Good real estate professionals should be advocates, counselors and advisors. The sale will happen. The commission will come and go. The impact on my clients and their families of the time we spent together will be lived out for years to come.

The relationship of trust we develop is far more important than any sale.
