Get to Know Mandy McGuire
I am an 5th generation resident of Columbia and it is my goal to make the American Dream come true for everyone. Anyone can find a house by just driving around. But, what makes it a pleasurable experience is having someone looking out for your interests. My favorite part of my job is matching the right houses with the right buyers.. a perfect fit that you will call "HOME". My energy is contagious and my responsiveness is reassuring during each step of this incredibly complicated process. My main objective is to leave you with the feeling that you would call me again when it is time to find a new home and that you will not hesitate to recommend me to their family & friends.
My husband Josh and I live in a Farm House in the countryside of Waterloo. We enjoy spending time there fishing in our pond, laying on a blanket in the back yard reading a book, playing catch with our amazing black Lab Jersey or just working on our remodeling projects. We also like to Travel all over the world to see different landmarks; our favorites are baseball stadiums and museums.
Certifications
Keeping up with the market and client needs is Priority #1 for me. I a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute Graduate), an ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) and a NCS (New Construction Specialist). I keep abreast of current market trends and technological advances through events such as Star Power Conferences as well as a number of other seminars and events.
