We help REALTORS® with the following:Assistant Program What is an Assistant Program? It is a program designed specifically for you in mind. As a REALTOR® your days a full of client meetings, prospecting for buyers and sellers. You don't have time to be doing all the paper work, returning phone calls or managing a client database. Here is a list of things we can do for you: Schedule listing appointments Meet with appraisers, inspectors etc. Submit listings and changes to the Mulitple Listing Service Order Signs to be placed on properties Have keys made for each property Install lockboxes Set and maintain files for listings, closings, solds and client information Prospect for buyers and sellers General reception duties Keep a record of your commissions/dues Hold Realtor Open Houses Maintain client database for past and present clients Communicate with past clients AND MUCH MOREWhen Hiring an assistant:You'll only pay for the actual time you use, no overtime, no vacation pay, no sick time, no CPP or EI. You'll be invoiced once a month. SMP Consulting also offers a variety of other services, which include websites and HomePort®.
