I work for SunStar Real Estate, Lake County's leader in short sales and distressed properties! I have been working for my father/broker since SunStar opened in 2005. I began my real estate career years before I ever became a licensed agent. Since I entered the industry at a very bad time, I learned quickly that to make a living doing real estate right now was going to be tough, competitive and take a lot of hard work! I learned from my father (the self proclaimed King of Short Sales) how to negotiate with the banks and get the deals closed much more quickly than the average short sale! After doing this for a year or so I realized I had found my niche, and became a licensed Realtor. I now work for another company in Winter Park called Central Florida Financial Options, LLC where all I do is negotiate short sales. I closed 12 of my own short sale listings last year in addition to numerous others referred to me by fellow Realtors, the average deal taking anywhere from 2-5 months.

I also love working with buyers. I think I have a special ability for listening to my clients and assessing their needs to find a house that is just the right fit! I seem to have had a lot of international clients. I like to work with people from out of town because it gives me the opportunity to tell them about all of the wonderful things that Orlando and the surrounding ares have to offer and I just love being able to show off my city to people who aren't familiar with it! I also enjoy working with first time home buyers. It is such a privilege to be able to share such a significant milestone in people's lives!
