I create my own postcards with Microsoft Publisher....and prior to having an in-house marketing dept for printing them, I used a local printer and negotiated a great deal with him.... you can't negotiate with Vistaprint... I priced out printing with Staples, too.... the local guy was best.

Corefact has poor customer service but a great interactive postcard (website that allows recipients to find their house value for FREE)...lead capture tool.
Impact has great service and quality but no lead capture tool. I use Corefact for farming and Impact for my database and out of area recipients.

We have found that our local printer does a better job. Not only that but the card stock he uses is nicer. He has all the facilities that an on line company does and the price is the same. Why not use local?

What was the neat company with the sense of humor, that sent you flamingos or gummy worms in the printing package? Loved their catalog but it's been awhile since using them... anyone know the name? Something real estate in the title?

Market Leader has a great selection of cards. I also use Agent Mailings which auto generates postcards based upon new listings and sales. Easy to use and provides you with the mailing list which you can tweak prior to mailing. But I've found that I can easily mail 3 times the amount of postcards by using Vista Print if I wait for a 50% off promotion and utilizing USPS every door direct postage. If you're not familiar with EDD, you'll need to schedule a time to meet with the postmaster or representative from USPS to get set up. I'm able to mail 1,000 6"x11" postcards for $375.00 all inclusive.

Paul ~ I create my own in Microsoft Publisher and then use ExpressCopy.com for printing & mailing. They look great and the UV / Laminate finish survives the Postal Service sorting machines much better than unfinished paper. Probably on the pricier side, but keep them in mind as an option.

I have had luck with VistaPrint for 10 years. Last order when it was 50% off tipped by Barbaba T a month later it said my card account was ng. Finally got resolved. Will do business with them again. Other locals are too costly.

There are some companies out there that do all in one, printing and mailing, for you. I'd use them.
