I was in a webinar last week where it was stated that 73% of John Q Public believes that realtors do not earn their commission. And that 64% will complain to their realtor, during the time of a listing that the realtor is earning too much as well as 73% will definitely tell their friends after the sale that the realtor did not earn their keep.
So what can a realtor do to help the public understand the majority of realtors do earn every cent that they make? Education and Communication!
