The average days on the market was 80 days for June, we had 1,752 new listings, with 510 of those listings sold and there is 576 pending sales! That is not bad for our area. We don't know how many of the available listings were priced accurate, (meaning price to sel)l.

Here is the monthly Activity report for the month of March 2008 in Cobb county Georgia. As you can see there were 418 properties sold and 634 pending sales. The average days on the market was 82 days. Leaving 752 properties remains to be sold, how many of those homes do you believe were priced to sell! That is something you have to think about, we see homes over priced everyday on the market all it does it clutter it up. You want your property to sell be ready to price it to sell!
