January 2007, 2008, & 2009 Single Family Stats Troutman, NC (Lake Norman) Okay, here is the Single Family Stats for Trountman for the three January's. If you have read my blog already you know that I like stats! Anyhow do to the current market conditions I thought it would be interesting to keep up with what real estate sales in January 2009 looked against January 2008 and January 2007. So here's some interesting stats of single family sales in Troutman, NC (Lake Norman); going back to January 2007, January 2008, and January 2009. December 2006, 2007, & 2008 Single Family Stats Troutman, NC (Lake Norman) Don't you just love stats . . . well I do! Maybe it’s all the Statistical math classes I had to take to get my degree . . . oh well, let’s blame it on Gardner-Webb University.
Anyhow do to the current market conditions I thought it would be interesting seeing how real estate sales in December 2008 looked against December 2007 and December 2006. The very first winery in Iredell County is set to open, to the public, in late August. Daveste Vineyards, located in Troutman, is owned by Dave and Ester DeFehr.
