Proper preparation for the home inspection by the buyer & seller allows the real estate transaction to go smoothly. Allow two to three hours for a complete home inspection. Payment is due at time of inspection. The buyer should accompany Isaac for the best education. Contact the property owner regarding the date, time & estimated duration of the inspection.
