Shoreline’s home sales remain brisk through November
November’s (2012) closed home sales in Shoreline (zip 98133) outpaces the previous year’s totals.  In November of 2012 Shoreline register 27 closed home sales compared to 2011′s 23. The real story is the total sales year-to-date 387 compared to 279 up 29%.
Sellers were getting higher percentage of their list to sale price
