A recent article in the Arizona Republic predicts a significant rise in home prices in the next three years.  In studying this analysis, remember that this is overall and for the overall MSA.  We are already seeing significant increases in price sectors of housing and in specific areas in greater price increases than represented by this overall market analysis.
