exercise: The quest begins anew: Capital 10K

It's been some time since I last blogged about fitness, so I'm a little rusty. I was kind of lazy during the holiday season and my waistline and fitness level show it. But here it is a new year and I've summoned the will to get back into shape. Plus, I have a new motivator: The Capital 10K held March 27 in lovely downtown Austin Texas .
