loma linda realtor: Do Your GOOGLE+ Posts Share to Public or Private - 10/11/15 06:37 AM
Do Your Google+ Posts Share to Public or Private?
Today as I was updating my links and looking at all my social media icons on my Activerain blog, I clicked on all the links to make sure they work. As I believe this is a good idea to do periodically I clicked on all the icons. When I got to my Google+ site, I was horrified to see that most of the recent posts were shared PRIVATE and not PUBLIC. So I then realized I had forgotten to change the settings before posting.

Happy Spring from Sunny Southern California
Today we reached a high of 66 degrees and I am loving it; sunny, clear, and just a beautiful day.
I love flowers so in the past couple of weeks I have been making trips to my favorite plant and flower stores and filling up pretty potts.
Here are some photos of trees that were blooming.
Sharing some of my pots with you.
I also love spring as it is the return of my birds. Spring Migration is always a fun time of they year for me.

Don't Forget Giveaways at Halloween and Thanksgiving
I like to remember my family, close friends, co-workers and clients during the fall season. Plus I like to bake and decorate presents so I just combine the process together and make fall cookies, put them on pretty plates that I have bought during the year. Sometimes I just put them in bags and tie ribbons or fall decorations on the bag.

3 Things I Am Grateful For- Day 1
Laura Cerrano, our very own Feng Shui Home Stager, asked all the Activerain members who chose to participate, to write a post for 5 days and mention 3 things each day they are grateful for.

1. I had wonderful parents who raised me to with a Christian and moral upbringing, taught me right from wrong and loved me dearly. They also impressed upon me the importance of higher education.  ♥
2. I have a wonderful daughter who I have always been proud of. She is a moral and ethical adult and was … (4 comments)

loma linda realtor: The Big Hawk on the Lamp Post - 05/11/14 04:18 PM
The Big Hawk on the Lamp Post
Today while driving home to Loma Linda, CA, I saw a Red Hawk on the light post. Then this tiny little bird stopped on the post. They both sat there for a minute and then the Hawk flew off. Amazingly enough, the little bird chased after the Hawk.

They both flew into a huge tree and never fly out....... Not sure what to make of that. Could they be friends?
Thanks for Reading my blog.........

loma linda realtor: Selling a Home is an Emotional Time for Kids - 04/14/14 03:06 PM
Selling Your Home is Emotional for Kids

Recently we sold our home that we had lived in for over 10 years and our kids had happy teenage years there and then they went off to college. My one daughter was really not happy but they do not live at home anymore and we decided we did not need a 2-Story, 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom home. We bought a single story home and moved.
So at Christmas time, they came home and though they liked their rooms, they were still unhappy. How could we sell the house they were raised … (0 comments)

loma linda realtor: Meetup in Eastvale CA was Very Enjoyable - 03/25/14 04:50 AM
Meetup in Eastvale CA was a Great Networking Experience
Sarah and Les Oswald planned and held a meetup yesterday at the Farmer's Boy in Eastvale CA. See this picture below; I call it "the boys in blue".

We had a great turnout and it was very nice to meet new people and see old friends from the last meetup in December. It was a blessing that the weather was foggy but nice yesterday as in December 2014 we had a really bad rainstorm that morning.

Here is Ana Hitzel showing her website pictures to Elizabeth. Ana Hitzel from … (12 comments)

loma linda realtor: Did You Watch the Beatles Last Night on TV? - 02/10/14 07:36 AM
Did You Watch the Beatles Last Night on TV?

I fell in love with the Beatles the first time I saw them and I remember watching the 'FAB 4' on Ed Sullivan on that wonderful Sunday night at February 9, 1964 when 73 million views saw them performing. My friends and I all knew the words to their songs and we were all mesmerized by them; the English accent, the longer shaggy hair and the unusual clothing.
I was a Beatles fan for years and remember buying their albums and cutting out their pictures in teen magazines and pasting them all over my room.

Day 14 Thankful Challenge Grateful to ActiveRain Member - Cheryl Ritchie
Saturday morning my computer crashed. Out of the blue, McAfee sent me a message that a "trojan virus" had been removed!" Ahhhhhhhhhhhh! Next, I get a message that says "???Something is trying to enter computer" so I ignored the message and shut down the computer but alas it was too late because as I re-started the computer, the Microsoft box sent me a big green and white box that said to click to fix. Even I am smart enough to know that is a virus who is either going to … (18 comments)
