I will be the first to tell you that I absolutely, not by any means know everything. I have been in this industry for nearly 9 years and I still come across something new and learn something new almost every single day. Well.. I have this new client and I'm not quite sure what to make of it just yet. I'm somewhere between - "this could really be great and huge for my business," and, "this is a complete waste of my time." Having a brother in the military, I must say, I have a definite soft spot for anything that has to do with supporting the men and women in the military. Add real estate to the equation, and I'm sold!
