If your buyer can not see the house, then schedule another showing, why do you want to send your buyer to my open house, that I will never have, as they do not sell homes! Is it more convenient for the agent or the buyer?

Ok, I do not want to sound like a broken record, but when are agents going to truly understand which type of marketing is truly effective for their business in 2011, and beyond?
