Brighton Condo Market Update - Q1 2013 Brighton has always been a popular area for fist time buyers or parents looking to buy a condo for their child as they attend college or grad school (a.k.a. - kiddie condo). Just ran some comparative numbers for the first quarter of 2007, 2012 and 2013. Prices are rebounding for both the general condo market as well as the one bedroom condo market.
